I guess you need to give a try as sigma indicates the projected width of 1/e squared value of the peak irrdiance in direction cosine space...... for a normally incidence it should be around ~ cosine 85. Good luck !

σ:     ZEMAX 高斯散射模型sigma值； e7/J:n$  
θ:     散射角半高全寬值。 jRB:o?S  
如果散射角θ FWHM=5deg， 則σ = 1.2*sin (θ/2)=0.0523，參數(shù)設(shè)置見下圖。 o
