高效偏振無關(guān)透射光柵的分析與設(shè)計(jì)
摘要 z[v4(pO6 1BZ##xV*:G 當(dāng)光柵的特征尺寸與波長(zhǎng)相當(dāng)時(shí),具有偏振相關(guān)的光學(xué)特性。這使得難以針對(duì)任意偏振設(shè)計(jì)出具有高衍射效率的光柵。根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)中的概念[T. Clausnitzer, et al., Proc.
