zemax可以做微光學(xué)分析么（lens小于0.5mm）

一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的單鏡頭系統(tǒng)，如果鏡頭尺寸設(shè)到mm以上的話，分析沒(méi)有問(wèn)題。但是我把整個(gè)系統(tǒng)都相應(yīng)縮小，把鏡頭縮小到0.2mm左右的時(shí)候，layout上面的光線只能看到chief ray，別的光線要把光線數(shù)設(shè)到很高才能看到一些。是不是zemax在計(jì)算微鏡頭的時(shí)候計(jì)算誤差會(huì)比較大？？（我注意到它的unit最小只能設(shè)到mm級(jí)），有過(guò)類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)的朋友給點(diǎn)建議，謝謝

hi, I have tried the doublet file in ZEMAX and reduced the EPD and semi-diameter of surfaces to 0.2mm and 0.1mm respectively and I found that the 2D layout display properly. 8;YeEW5 [$_d\|Z Did you guys miss out something? I think that you two are doing two different things:

One is to change the lens diameter.
The other is to change the the aperture of the system, which is the right way.
