The primary role of this position is responsible for design and developing the optical system for spectrometer. This individual will work with cross functional engineers to complete the optical parts, corresponding fixture design and performance validation. Key Responsibilities: J{PNB{ v
- Lead design and development of optical systems through optical modeling, test, characterization, and design of experiments while working in close collaboration with electrical, mechanical, systems engineers and others. Optical systems will include lens, filters, splitter, digital sensors, optical fibers and diverse light sources. Materials characterization, coating and related knowledge is required; *Jg&:(#}<J
- Propose innovative and creative optical technical solutions to make technical offer more competitive; )^j62uv
- Develop specification and qualification plan for optical components and modules, interfacing with supplies to coordinate the optical parts prototyping, tooling, qualification and verification; 8l
