UDA 的說明里面有，“ if a vertex must be defined at (0,0), a work around is to instead use some very small (but larger than the tolerance) value for one of the coordinates, such as (1.0E-05, 0). As long as at least one of the coordinates is not zero, the point will be considered a vertex rather than indicating the end of a polygon.”
