    此系統(tǒng)使用3臺6軸機械手，在光學部件上貼付R、G、B、3ch的各個LCD面板的裝置。 e#,(a  
利用5臺（周邊4處、中央1處）的CCD彩色相機，拍攝投影機在屏幕上的調整用測試圖形的圖像，將這些圖像錄入在圖像處理機構內的畫幀儲存器中。在各個相機設置的CPU接口上進行圖像處理運算，自動進行LCD面板的位置調整后，在UV照射裝置中，在光學部件上UV接合LCD面板進行貼付。 N#ZWW6

This system attaches three channel RGB LCD panels to an optical block using three six-axis manipulators. Ix}6%2\  
A test pattern for adjustment that is projected on the screen is capured by five CCD color cameras (four near the perimeter ,one at the center),and the image is loaded into the frame memory inside the image processing unit .Image processing calculations are pertormed by the CPU for each camera and the positios of the LCD panels are automatically adjusted .Then the LCD panels are adhered to the optical block by UV bonding by means of a UV irradiator. k|\M(Z*(P

本システムは、６軸マニビュレータ３臺を用いてR、G、B、３chの各LCDパネルを光學プロックに貼り付ける裝置です。 #4b]j".P!n  
スクリーンに投影された調整用テストパターンを５臺（周辺４ケ所、中央１ケ所）の CCDカラーカメラで撮影した映像を畫像処理ユニット內のフレームメモリで取り込み、各カメラ毎に設けたCPUボードにて畫像処理演算を行い、LCDパネルの位置調整を自動的に行った後に、UV照射裝置にてLCDパネルを光學ブロックにUV接著して貼り付けます。 w]yVNB
