As part of a global sourcing team you will be responsible in formulating sourcing strategies and in driving sourcing activities through commodity management and new product introduction to meet the Berlinger Glas Group objectives. &EJ,k'7$

· Evaluate and qualify new suppliers in mainland China in line with the Berliner Glas / SwissOptic commodity strategies WuZn|j'  
· Develop and lead the sourcing team to implement procurement strategies for different product categories (prism, lenses, technical glass, mechanics, etc.) in aspect of technology trend, supplier analysis, pricing and development including bench-marking @.@#WHde  
· Maintain partnership with vendors by creating a collaborative and open relationship mb`}sTU).  
· Build a competitive network of quality suppliers throughout mainland China and develop “Preferred Suppliers” to meet future requirements 2DqHqq9m  
· Develop strategies together with operative purchasing and QA to improve suppliers KPI performance WK)k
