4. Development of an improved applications capability in marking, cutting, welding, cladding and drilling. Developing plans to enlarge companies sales through success in new application areas which can be demonstrated to target audiences. j

5. To participate, at management level, in the formulation of strategy for the Chinese market. >z2{D7  
6. Efficient management of new opportunity projects - making sample, proof of concept or system proposal, either in house or at field. All projects should be at clear process for prioritization/screening, timing controlling, resource allocation, reporting and completion, post project review of results and working quality should take place. xnArYm  
7. Financial planning; ownership of application lab budgeting process, headcount forecasts, capital planning etc. Z7 @#0;g{  
8. Identification and management of external technical partnerships, such as universities or industrial organizations, with the aim of developing new laser applications for the Chinese market. ;
