We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. s}ADk-7  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. P"F{=\V1`<  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). k_?~<vTM  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter ] H&c'

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; IqUp4}

3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; LeHiT>aX!  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; M

6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; C),7- ?  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; SY1GR n  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; VE]6wwV

9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; %8w9E=
