摘要:
微納光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)是指通過在
材料中引入微納光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)新型光學(xué)功能器件。其中表面等離子體光學(xué)、人工負(fù)折射率材料、隱身結(jié)構(gòu),都是通過引入微納結(jié)構(gòu)控制光的衍射和傳播,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)新的光學(xué)性能。從這個(gè)角度來講,微納光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和制造是微納光學(xué)發(fā)展的共性關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,微納光學(xué)是新型光電子產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要發(fā)展方向。
